GenesisL1 Roadmap

Every protocol is a building block for the next.

Verifiable scientific data at the base. Deterministic compute and open AI on top of it. Applications that snap the pieces together. On GenesisL1 nothing is a silo: each block is an input to every other.

Where the blocks come together.

Meta dapps that use data and compute at the same time.

Applications

PEPTLpeptide design and docking studio

Docking against molecules that live on-chain.

PEPTL reads MolNFT structures straight from chain state, docks peptide candidates against them, scores the results with GL1F and GL1AI models, and publishes every experiment back to the same chain, public or sealed through CIPNFT. Input, computation and result share one ledger.

COLLABscientific DAOs

Run the whole stack as a group.

Pool a treasury, govern shared data and models, deploy and operate any dapp in the ecosystem collectively, and publish what you find together.

02 / Compute and AI

Models that run where the data lives.

Deterministic inference on-chain today. An open AI market next.

Live

GL1F↗︎GenesisL1 Forest

Deterministic inference, on-chain.

Gradient-boosted decision trees minted as Model NFTs in a reconstructible integer format. Python, C++ and the EVM return byte-identical answers, so a prediction is a fact the chain can prove.

In development

GL1AI↗︎the home of decentralized intelligence

Tokenized models. Permissionless inference.

Open-weight models as Model NFTs and a market where any node operator can serve them and sell inference, shipped as an optional layer of the GenesisL1 node. OpenAI-compatible API, so existing tools work by changing one base URL. Calls are encrypted end to end. Weights live on the IPFS Sidecar, and sealed models stay private through CIPNFT while still being served and licensed.

03 / Data

Scientific data as on-chain primitives.

Structures, genomes, sequences and sealed IP, verifiable by anyone.

Live

MolNFT↗︎v1 and v2 live

Molecular structures as on-chain NFTs.

The PDB bank, AlphaFold models and the HLA database, stored in BinaryCIF and rebuilt straight from contract state. A randomized fidelity audit against RCSB scored 100 of 100.

Data

Human genome reference

The reference genome as verifiable chain state.

GRCh38 committed chunk by chunk. Chunks roll up into chromosomes, chromosomes into a single assembly root, so any base range can be checked against the chain by anyone.

GRCh38 · chunk to chromosome to assembly · Merkle roots on-chain

In development

Sequence codecs↗︎GL1ENCv2 and SeqNFT

New formats for sequential data.

Two-bit and four-bit DNA packing, six-bit protein, content-addressed SeqNFTs with git-style commits, and the GL1ALIGN spec so alignments match on-chain and off.

GL1ENCv2 · SeqNFT · GL1ALIGN · 2-bit DNA

Live

CIPNFT↗︎

Encrypted IP with post-quantum keys.

Payloads sealed with XChaCha20-Poly1305, keys wrapped in ML-KEM-768 envelopes, disclosure bound to a chosen recipient. Private science, publicly notarized.

Data

IPFS Sidecarthe data backbone

Verifiable pinning, paid by contract.

Node operators pin content, answer on-chain Merkle challenges with real chunk data, and get paid by the contract. Every other block stores into it, public or sealed.

04 / Foundation

One chain under everything.

Every block above runs as an ordinary contract on GenesisL1.

Foundation

GenesisL1↗︎EVM Layer 1, chain id 29

One ledger, producing blocks since November 2021.

Every L1 coin issued after genesis has gone to validators and delegators; there was never a founder, team or investor allocation. Everything above runs as ordinary contracts on this chain.
